We now provide a remote assistance service. As long as your computer is still able to boot and connect to the internet, you can use our 'no-install necessary' software to connect your computer to one of our support representatives.

Consultating Services:

We provide two types of consultation services. If you need someone to assist you in figuring out what type of computer, printer, desk, etc. for your home or office you need we are just the company you're looking for.

The second type of consultation services is more advanced and involves guiding you in the concept and design of your website, network, and other technical needs.

Tutoring:

We have the experience and patience of saints, (so our clients say). It does not matter what you want to learn. We do it all, from Computer Basics to Advanced Applications we can help you learn at a pace comfortable to you. We even have a favorite book we teach from and provide to you at cover price. You can't go wrong with our tutoring services.

Computer Installation:

Our computer installations are second to none! We provide a complete setup, that means if you have DSL or Digital High Speed or even Dialup Internet Service, we will make sure you are able to connect before we leave you. We also tie up all the lines and wires and try to make them as tangle free as possible. Then, when you're ready, we will come back at no extra charge to give you two hours of Computer Orientation and Training. When we're finished with the two hours, if you still want to learn more, you can always enroll in our Tutoring Program.

Software/Hardware Installation and Configuring:

PCS are always willing to help. When you purchase a new program or pices of hardware and want to install it but the instructions seem to be written in Alien Script, call us. We will install your software/hardware and configure it to your needs. We will even take a few moments to show you how to use it properly at no extra cost.

Software/Hardware Troubleshooting:

Sometimes, for what seems like no reason, our software or hardware developes glitches and start doing things we can't explain. Printers stop printing, games stop running, monitors go blank, the tower (cpu) will not turn on. We can have your computer back in shape in no time at all. Usually we can repair problems such as these on site, but if it requires us to take the unit to our shop we will repair the problem and deliver it back to you within one to two business days. If it will take longer we give a courtesy call so you are not left wondering when you'll be back up and running. It is always our goal to provide you with the shortest down time possible. We understand time is money.

Website Design and Hosting:

PCS offers Website Hosting to our webdesign clients. We will webmaster your site and host it so that you have an all in one stop. We take it on ourselves to acquire your domain name. Our designers will work with you to develop the best design to represent your presence on the World Wide Web. We also take on special projects such as database driven websites and special designs using various programming scripts. Graphic Design is also not a problem for our inovative and inventive graphic artists.
